Additionally, Jim has received numerous awards from the real estate community including the Charles D. Tandy Realtor Leadership award in 2007. He has served on several boards and advisory committees including the Advisory Board of State National Bank, the Advisory Board of Harris Methodist Hospital, the President of the Society of Commercial Realtors Fort Worth, and the President of the Economic Advisory Committee for the City of North Richland Hills. He holds Bachelors and Masters degrees in Accounting from the University of North Texas.

Jim is actively involved in the International Council of Shopping Centers, the North Texas Land Council, the Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors, CCIM, the Texas Real Estate Commission, the Society of Commercial Realtors, and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors.

Brian also represents sellers of office and retail income producing properties in the Fort Worth area. He is an active member of the international Council of Shopping Centers and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors.

Brian joined the Makens Company in 1994 and has been in the commercial real estate business since 1974. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Texas at Arlington.

In addition, Bill has successfully completed several land sale transaction involving various national and regional retail buyers. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the North Texas Association of Realtors and the Greater Fort Worth Real Estate Council.

Bill joined the Makens Company in 2006 and holds a Business Administration degree from The University of North Carolina.

Terri is the Senior Property Manager with TMC Management Company, having joined the firm in 1998. Her ten years of experience have allowed her to form solid relationships with landlords, tenants, and vendors. She has experience in every facet of commercial management and understands the issues presented by different property types and how to manage them efficiently. Prior to joining TMC Terri was the regional operations manager for a national transportation company where she oversaw the operations of seven offices in four states.
