Assistant Property Manager

In addition to her Marketing responsibilities with the Makens Company, Patricia is also an Assistant Property Manager with TMC Management Company. She is available to take additional work load from our Senior Property Manager as well as provide an additional contact point for our clients on the occasion that another Property Manager is not available.

Jim is actively involved in the International Council of Shopping Centers, the North Texas Land Council, the Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors, CCIM, the Texas Real Estate Commission, the Society of Commercial Realtors, and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors.
