Homeland Self Storage's 7 Acre Purchase

Homeland Self Storage, a national owner of storage facilities based in Atlanta, has purchased +- 7 acres at Matlock Rd. and Country Club Rd. in Mansfield for the construction of a high-end self storage facility. Bill Makens and R. Copley Broer of The Makens Company were the brokers in the transaction representing the seller.
