Cory has dedicated the last eight years to servicing national, regional, and local portfolios for corporate tenants and landlords including Tenant Representation, Project Leasing, Development and Investment. He has recently completed leasing transactions with such national and regional users as Middlebrook Pharmaceuticals, an Equity Office Company.

Cory is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the North Texas commercial Association of Realtors. He holds a BA in Business Administration from Texas State University and joined the Makens Company in 2005.
